I had a great experience during my stay, especially with the room; it was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location in a gated community was ideal for security, and the staff, particularly Jose and Armando, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The breakfast menu could really benefit from more vegan-friendly options.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning outdoor area and well-maintained gardens. We enjoyed taking long walks and admiring the beautiful surroundings. The indoor pool was a highlight, and we would have loved to try the outside one if the weather had been warmer. The spacious bedroom exceeded our expectations, with two super large beds that could easily accommodate a family of four. We were also pleased with the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable.

Dirty Grout, Poor Instructions Unfortunately, the grout around the bathroom was quite dirty, leaving a bad impression. the front desk gave poor instructions, which almost made us miss our flight.

Enjoyable Christmas experience with spacious pool and delicious breakfast. During our Christmas stay, we loved the spacious indoor pool and comforting breakfast with a wide variety of options. The hotel’s easy access to the airport made travelling convenient for us. the large green area surrounding the hotel was perfect for a long walk in the fresh air.

Limited restaurant options and inconvenient location. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was quite expensive and not up to our expectations.

The hotel is located in a beautiful rural area with a classy looking horse ranch adjacent to it. We enjoyed taking long walks in the well-kept green area and felt the staff were excellent. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable stay with plenty of amenities like free parking and transportation to the city.
